Welcome to the newly expanded Watson Pharmaceuticals. As a result of the recent completion of our acquisition of the Arrow Group, Watson is now a global pharmaceutical company with over $3 billion in annual revenues and commercial operations in many of the world's most established and growing international markets.

Since our founding as a U.S., generic pharmaceutical company in 1984, Watson has evolved to become one of today's most respected specialty pharmaceutical companies. While Watson boasts a broad portfolio of generic products, we also are proud of our emerging position as a leading provider of a specialty brand pharmaceuticals focused on Urology, Women's Health and Nephrology/Medical. With the acquisition of Arrow, we mark a significant milestone in realizing our strategic vision to expand our global footprint and leverage our assets across many developed and emerging markets around the world.

As a result of the combination of Watson and Arrow, our global product portfolio has increased to more than 250 products. We have enhanced our global supply chain with the addition of world-class pharmaceutical production facilities in Canada, Malta, and Brazil. In addition, our new, combined company has a broader research and development capability, an expanded pipeline of new product applications, and a stronger foundation to support Watson's emerging role in generic biologics.

Finally, with the addition of nearly 1,000 new members to the Watson family, we now have more than 6,000 employees focused on improving the quality of life of patients around the world.
