• Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) DIANA Merit Award, 2007 - Best Overall Generic Products Manufacturer with More Than 100 million in Sales to Healthcare Distributors.
• Cardinal Quality Supplier Award, 2007 – This award is given to all suppliers that meet or exceed Cardinal's standards of quality in the following areas: service levels, lead times, shipping and return policy, customer service, National Logistics Center participation, financial processing and reporting, and participation in Cardinal programs.
• Healthcare Distribution Management Association’s Innovation for Success Award, 2007 – The Watson Anda Distribution Division garnered the Award in the category of Pharmaceutical Sales under $8 Billion for our introduction of Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) to the marketplace. The award recognized the paperless CSOS as a creative and results-oriented program and process that benefits the healthcare supply chain, the customers and the consumers.
• Retail Management Pharmacy magazine ranks Watson No.1, 2006 – Watson is recognized as one of the industry’s best partners to retail pharmacists, managers, or owners. Watson ranked No.1 out of 60 companies in terms of prices, deals, negotiations, and return policy; strategic alignment with pharmacies to enhance growth; and the day-to-day ability to tend to a pharmacy’s needs.
• eHealthcare Leadership Gold Award, 2006 – The Watson Brand Division garnered this prestigious award for www.Ferrlecit.com in recognition of outstanding healthcare Web sites for consumers and healthcare professionals in the Best Rich Media category. The annual award program drew more than 1,100 entries in 12 different categories representing 17 industry classifications from hospitals to pharmaceutical firms.
• Generic Vendor of the Year – D&K Wholesaler, 2004 – For the second time, D&K, the 5th largest wholesaler in the country, named Watson as Generic Vendor of the Year. D&K is the fastest growing regional wholesaler based in St. Louis, MO. D&K recognizes service levels, program support, customer service, timely rebates, and support of D&K programs.
• Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) DIANA Award Runner-Up, 2004 – This award honors manufacturers of pharmaceutical and consumer products for their new products, promotions, and overall business practices with HDMA pharmaceuticals and healthcare distributors.
• Cardinal Health Service Award, 2004 – Cardinal recognized Watson as a quality supplier through total business practices, including service levels and on-time delivery, condition of orders received, program support, and timely rebates.
• Retail Excellence Award (REX), 2004 – Retailers from the top 50 drug chain companies selected Watson as the 2004 Generic Rx VIP (Vendor in Partnership) REX Award, recognizing the best in industry leaders, outstanding products, chains and supplier companies.
• eHealthcare Leadership Platinum Awards, 2004 – The Watson Brand Division received two coveted Platinum awards for Best Overall Site and Best Healthcare Content for www.Oxytrol.com.
