Q: What is the screening process for students applying to Watson?

A: Intern program consideration consists of an initial interview at one of our Partner School campuses. You will then be notified within 2 – 3 weeks whether you have been selected for a 2nd Interview at the Watson Site. Offers are extended based on the number of applicants who are in review after all interviews are completed.

Q: How soon after the interview will I know that I have been selected?

A: After campus interviews take place you should be notified whether you have been selected for 2nd rounds within 2 – 3 weeks of your initial on-campus interview. Offers are extended after all Site Interviews take place.

Q: What is the timeline for Watson intern recruitment?

A: Intern recruitment takes place in early February and is generally completed by early April.

Q: What is the length of the Watson Intern Program? Is the program only held during the summer months?

A: Our coordinated, 14-16 week intern program runs from Mid Spring – Late Summer however, on occasion, some opportunities may be extended through the fall or spring based on student performance or departmental needs.

Q: Does Watson offer relocation or housing assistance for interns?

A: Watson does not offer relocation or housing assistance to interns at this time. Universities are targeted based on the location of our Watson facilities.

A: An internship at Watson may lead to consideration of a full-time opportunity based on business need and strong intern performance.
