Supplier Relationship Form
If you are interested in becoming a Watson Supplier, you will need to register with us by downloading and completing our Supplier Registration Form. You must email the completed form to purchasing@watsonpharm.com. The information that you provide will be included in our Supplier Database for a period of two years. This database is readily accessible by our sourcing managers and will be used when identifying potential suppliers for a procurement opportunity.
